The Torchwood Cardiff HUB
The Torchwood HUB is back, the old HUB that was in Cardiff is once more with us of course there's the HUB in New York and the old TW2 in Glasgow. The main one that we'll be using is the one in Cardiff. The one in New York will be used for any North American based plots and the TW2 Hub in Glasgow will get staffed in the near future.
The HUBS aren't closed doors to those inside of the verse, consider the fact that many are friends to The Doctor and Jack. The posts to SWS should be kept locked to Fractured Verse. There's plenty of space among the tourist booth and the Plass to interact with non-verse members. If someone tags in, just be polite and do what comes natural to your muse.
These are to give us somewhere outside of a 'park' setting to plot and role play amongst ourselves. There's still restricted areas, the armory, vaults and other places that are restricted to Jack.
The HUB in Cardiff is also home to the best petrol stop for a TARDIS with the refueling stop on the Plass. There's also established places inside of the HUB for guests to stay in and there's various flat buildings in the area for the homeless muses out there.
Of course, don't forget The Rift and expect to see more activity from it as time goes on.
