The Silver Rats Update

There's going to be something new happening in California and neighboring areas, there will be random black outs. This maybe seen as normal at first and they don't last long. (How long is up to you guys. It can be a flicker of the lights, a half hour, hour or maybe it can last the day.) It will be up to you guys to track down and find what's making the power in California and the rest of the Southwest going wonky. The results are not just limited to California. :)

The Owen's have collected bodies and one has dug up a pair of metal teeth that belong to the mystery creature. The Doctor has went into a department store and has brought back some video tapes and there has been two bodies that went missing there. Feel free to pester him and look at the tapes to see what they might uncover.

And, The Doctor does need a trip to the 1980's to pick up a BETA machine to play them in. ;)
