Hi all, Jackie[livejournal.com profile] captain_flyboy mun here with a new muse. Erik Lehnsherr or [livejournal.com profile] brotherhooderik from X-Men First Class  This being Fractured he is mostly canon with an idea based on something from Dresden Files. In 1963 after leaving Charles Xavier's school he is waylaid by the Archangel Micheal who shows him his future and offers him a chance for redemption.

He is given one of God's holy weapons, the staff of Moses and becomes a Knight of the Holy Cross. He serves for several years when Micheal comes to him again telling him that Knights in the future are overwhelmed and he is sent through the rift to help them. He is quiet, thoughtful with the mutant ability to bend metal.

With this plot setting feel free to run your own adventures. You've got a heap loads of monsters out in the forests from trolls, ogres, naughty dragons, orcs and all sorts of other things to chase. You can save maidens, steal dragon treasure, pluck swords from stones and do what would fit in this setting without your mod here.

I'll move the plot forward once everyone's settled in or when its needed. So go forth and make rp happen. :>

There's more than just the forest. There's oceans, deserts, jungles, graveyards and an underworld underground that's loaded with liches, spiders, zombies, vampires, were creatures and demons with an attitude so feel free to explore.

Hi guys, flyboy's mun  with an idea. As you guys know I play Sarah Jane Smith here and have been debating weither or not to retire her out of respect for the actresses death. While mulling it over I have decided I would like to give my Sarah Jane cancer after the Wild plot. This would allow us to give her a somewhat peaceful death if we so chose and give the muns and their muses a chance to mourn a woman many of us grew up with and respected very much.

Let me know what you guys think, because I cannot and will not pull this off without your help.

So the Time Lord trial is rolling along to it's final swing. There may be a few more tricks up the Time Lord's sleeves before all of this is said and done. Who is the Administrator, and what does he want? What kind of trial is this, anyway?

When the recess ends, all those remaining on Gallifrey will be personally interviewed and asked questions on their role in the status of the universe. Defend yourselves or don't: we suggest you defend yourselves.

There's just one thing: We suggest you get out your thinking caps and be prepared to make a choice in the inquiry thread. In fact, we want you to pick one choice made by your character. It can be acanonical, headcanon, or even something they've made once they landed in the broken universe. It cannot be someone else's choice, it cannot be circumstance or chance, it must be a choice made by your character--it can be the greatest or tiniest choice in the world, it doesn't matter. Just a choice.

No, we won't tell you what it's for yet, and no, you don't have to finalize it, and you don't have to tell anyone it yet. Just...consider their choices, pick a few that will stand out. You'll find out what they're for soon enough.

The Time Lords have finally spoken, and rounded up most of the renegade travelers in the broken universe...

They are not pleased.

The Arrival

The Inquiry

Prepare to be put on trial for the deaths of six universes, with an eternal imprisonment worse than the Family's should you be found guilty.

But not all is as it seems. Perhaps the Council and Gallifrey is not quite so disapproving of the renegades as they appear to be...and maybe they are more willing to listen to reason than is immediately apparent. Maybe there is something more going on behind the scenes than can yet be discerned.

We certainly hope so.

Because it's been asked a few times now:

The appointment with the Time Lords will be on Wednesday. They will not take 'no' easily. TARDISes will be redirected, space capsules towed and renegades suspended in time. They mean business, and they are very, very determined.

That said, those of you without an All Hands born metacrisis will be able to opt-out of this plot, although the opting out will involve finding ways to avoid the Time Lords until the appointment is finished. Those with the metacrises will be unable to. They have a trick up their sleeves that will make eluding the appointment impossible. (Note that you needn't necessarily be involved OOCly, however, for your character to attend ICly)

Fixed points like Jack Harkness and other glaring anomalies will also find it much more difficult to avoid the Time Lords' gaze than others, although they are not yet a part of our universe, and their reach for such anomalies without a strange metacrisis connected to them can only go so far.

Note: Anyone with a canon-born metacrisis connected to them and present in the Fractured universe will find it very difficult, but not impossible, to avoid the summons.

The Metacrises will now be able to walk 50' away from their other halves. Unfortunately...they may begin to feel the weight of their metacrisis. Especially if they take advantage of their longer leash.

There will be a post later in the week with the Time Lords addressing the assembled travelers, for now this is reaction and planning time. It's probably a good idea to make sure (ICly) your pups are ready to meet the Time Lord council in all its glory and intolerance.

There are other Time Lords about, but none seem interested in holding conversations just yet, and though the Time Lords will have their heads full of chatter now, none of it will be particularly enlightening or even interesting.

If for some reason you have a character unable to make it to Gallifrey on their own or by hitching a ride, the Time Lords will eventually swing by to pick you up in one of their own capsules. They'll just be cross about it.

Metacrises still cannot be killed.

Any further questions? Ask them here!

Since the realignment of the rift, the universe has quieted. People have adapted to the ghosts. Life has gone on. The efforts of the Doctors and their allies have bought a month long reprieve for those living in the splintering universe.

The reprieve ends on the morning of the thirteenth with a violent crash of sound.

The rift blazes with renewed life, dragging the newest born metacrises through the agony of the merging universes once more. The pain will subside in only minutes this time, replaced with the definite chattering--to those sensitive enough to hear--of an entire planet of Gallifreyans.

The Time Lords have finally decided it's time to talk.

Those with TARDISes will receive a message demanding they arrive in the council courtyard, those telepathic will receive similar, and will be advised to find someone capable of bringing them to the meeting place.

Someone's got to take responsibility for this mess of a universe.

Meet President Mosdraston and The Administrator. They'll be your hosts, and they'll be the ones asking all the questions.

We suggest you provide answers.

It's nearly a week away from Valentines, and that means it's time to tip our hands!

Come next Sunday, another species of alien will be slipping through the Rift. This time, Cupods, little tiny aliens that inspired the original mythology of Cupid (They were, however, named after the myths, not vice-versa.). When these little things touch you skin, they seep into your pores and bloodstream, and as a side effect grant you a special sort of empathy. They are so small they're almost impossible to see...but in strong sunlight, the sky where they float may sparkle.

Whatever someone else feels for you around you, you will feel exactly the same to them. Anyone and everyone, regardless of what it might be. Interestingly, it only reflects positive emotions. Whether it's friendship, loyalty, a crush, or love, you will feel exactly as they do for as long as the little parasite is in your system.

In return, the parasites absorb the excess chemicals your body creates in response to it. As long as the chemicals are made, they are perfectly harmless. If somehow you were able to stop them being produced, however...they'd have to eat other chemicals, and that might make certain stubborn Time Lords sick. If they suss out the issue.

Regardless of whether they gorge themselves happily or have to scavenge for themselves, they have only three days of life. Afterwards, they create offspring and die. Their offspring is flushed out of their host in one way or another, and then goes into hibernation for ten years.

There's nothing to solve or fix this time, just trouble to get into. Start planning!

So as it should be obvious, the Rift is not taking the pressing in of the other universe well. It's started to splinter, and that's a bad bad thing. If it continues, it could rip the universe in half and collapse everything.

So it's time for some emergency procedures. Luckily, while Rose has been missing, she's been working on just that with her metacrisis. She's also had a bit of a meeting of the minds with another Doctor on the case, [livejournal.com profile] onlytheblue. They've come up with a way to fix the rift's damage, and maneuver the universe into a slightly better position...but to do that they're going to need help.

That's where you come in!

There will be three groups in this process: One who will be going back to the forming of the weak spot that will eventually be the rift to manipulate its position just slightly, one who will be going to the Medusa Cascade to use the crack in the universe to manipulate the position of the other universe just a bit, and one that will remain in the present and make sure everything works.

There will be three TARDISes for this.

[livejournal.com profile] onlytheblue's TARDIS will be going to the Medusa Cascade. Within it will be only the Doctor and [livejournal.com profile] huffpuffblonde. Their part is pretty straight forward, so we'll leave it to them to plot out.

[livejournal.com profile] lone_defender's TARDIS will be going to a point on Earth in the far past, to go adjust the rift. This part is more dangerous, because no one knows what caused the weak spot, and there's a greater likelihood of interference. Spoiler: There will be interference. Anyone who's coming along to help will be piling into Rose's TARDIS with her metacrisis. There's plenty of room in the console room to do that.

The last TARDIS will need to be donated, but I imagine it will be [livejournal.com profile] tenthdoc's TARDIS, who will remain near to and monitoring the rift for trouble. There may just be trouble.

I'll be putting up an IC post for people to choose teams and play it out in, but feel free to mention who you'll be going with here.

When all is said and done, if the universe doesn't collapse, the rift will be moved a microscopic amount: enough to let the other universe pass by it, and enough to ruin the rift monitors, but not enough to be otherwise noticeable. The other universe will be closer, as well...but it remains to be seen what that means for everyone in this universe.

Everyone ready? /Roll out!

The silence as it turns out was only a reprieve. Now an insistent chattering, just at the level of indecipherable whispering has filled that blank space. There seems to be some urgency to the words, but not a single word can be made out. Yet, it doesn't seem to be the terror or pain filled shouts that came before, only whispering.

The rift itself may splinter and crack from time to time, causing flares of pain to the metacrisis and discomfort for Time Lords and their TARDISes, but otherwise, the universe seems to have gone quiet.

Except for the ghosts, of course. They're still there.
