End of Silence technical details UPDATE
Because it's been asked a few times now:
The appointment with the Time Lords will be on Wednesday. They will not take 'no' easily. TARDISes will be redirected, space capsules towed and renegades suspended in time. They mean business, and they are very, very determined.
That said, those of you without an All Hands born metacrisis will be able to opt-out of this plot, although the opting out will involve finding ways to avoid the Time Lords until the appointment is finished. Those with the metacrises will be unable to. They have a trick up their sleeves that will make eluding the appointment impossible. (Note that you needn't necessarily be involved OOCly, however, for your character to attend ICly)
Fixed points like Jack Harkness and other glaring anomalies will also find it much more difficult to avoid the Time Lords' gaze than others, although they are not yet a part of our universe, and their reach for such anomalies without a strange metacrisis connected to them can only go so far.
Note: Anyone with a canon-born metacrisis connected to them and present in the Fractured universe will find it very difficult, but not impossible, to avoid the summons.
