Shattered Rifts and Time Lords
The Rift is still splintering but the sounds that brought the Time Lords to a stand still has stopped. The Hands will be the ones still feeling the pains of the Rift when it continues to split.
The HUB is not exactly a safe place to be right now. A good way to think is the events of Boom Town and there can be a chance it can get even worse in terms of quakes from the result of the Rift splintering and fracturing. They can get worse as time goes on.
