Anyway he's been cruising for punishment for awhile now, getting spoilers and trying to take on other companions instead of reuniting with Donna. He could do with someone not going with his plans.

Oh, yes. But now that he's been told what happens to her, he's gone and taken matters into his own hands to avoid it. Because that works out so well most of the time. He does travel with a sarcastic Rose, at least, she does her best to keep him in line--he'd probably be ~~even more self righteous~~ worse otherwise.

Maybe if you'd like, sometime in the next few days they could randomly bump into each other again and have super awesome apology times, coupled with a probably-not-gonna-work "Let's be friends" tentative truce?

Incredibly jacked-up. There's a pet theory that went around for awhile that he's part of the reason the universes ended up fractured like they are. But be fair, he never asked for spoilers, he just came across another one of him that dropped them on him without warning!

That'd be fun. He'll all be for stubbornly trying to work with the friends-territory. Whether that'll work out or not remains to be seen. But he'd be for trying.
