All Hands Update

An update on the All Hands insomnia part of the plot; the insomnia has stopped with either both or one half remaining asleep for a couple days (2 days) or more if the players involved want some added drama. Some of the meta-crisis will also begin to feel slightly ill.

The length of the leash also has gone from 20 to 30.
