A Pre-Season 1 Jack, this one comes after he was given the role of the boss of Torchwood 3 in Cardiff. He's not remotely interested and he also has with him a Cardiff HUB for when anything in Cardiff happens again. Its the old S1 HUB and he's going to hand it off to the boss Jack here. There's no active Rift activity in Cardiff right now so he's going to go figure things out for himself. In other words, Jack is now freelance and he's going to be a bit of a wayward guy for now.
